“Any client who opt to book/hire Excellence Car Service will be abide by our Terms & Conditions.”

Our prospective client’s can book/hire Excellence Car Service by using the company’s website by completing the respective online booking form as per their requirements or can contact our booking staff by given telephone or email. We will respond appropriately rather by email or by telephone to provide the client a quote in accordance with the information provided. Prior to the final booking we appreciate negotiation and decide a price mutually agreed by both, the company and the client. Both parties will agree to payment method. Payment may be either by debit or credit card (credit card payments are subject to 3% surcharge) or any other mode. For confirm bookings minimum 50% advanced deposit will be paid at least 72 hours prior to the job date. All the prices decided will be exclusive of UK VAT charged at the current rate (15% currently). Any changes to the confirm booking can be subject to an additional charge depending on the new requirements. No hidden taxes, fees or extra cost will be charged upon completion of the job except the additional waiting or car parking charges (these were already described and agreed in the quotation and booking process). Clients will be kept responsible for any damage caused by the client to the hired vehicle and will be charged accordingly. We do all possible measures to get on job points prior to the job time but we will not take responsibility for the delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances. If for any reason you fail to get in contact with your chauffeur at the airport or any other public place you can contact us on +44 (0)20 8870 7278. We stick strictly to the non smoking policy in all our vehicles and we reserve the right to change the vehicle or driver at any time, if required. The client will be responsible for all its luggage and specially valuables and the company will take no responsibility upon any loss out of negligence or carelessness of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger who is likely to be drunk or under drug influence who seems to be a threat to the chauffeur, vehicle or any other passenger. If the booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours or in case of no show, the customer will be liable to the total agreed payment of the job. If the booking is cancelled before 24 hours the fifty percent of the job payment, which has taken as the advance, will be non refundable. If the customer decides not to keep the booking before 48 hours to the job 25% of the job payment will be charged and the rest will be refunded.

Nothing contained in the terms and conditions can affect the client statutory rights.

Note: The Company reserves the right to amend, change, add or delete any contents of the Terms & Conditions at any point of time. Any misuse or unlawful use of any contents of the website will be a breach of agreement and will subject to persecution or any court procedure.
